Boros speed upgrade

Boros is capable of catching up to saitama after launching him. Boros sole purpose was too find someone who he could go all out on. So he wasnt holding back. Now if boros launched saitama with island level force(Lowball) he'd be moving at FTL speeds. Boros was capable of catching up to Saitama after launching him, so wouldnt that make Boros FTL?

We don't use KE to get speed. Otherwise everyone city level and up is Relativistic, let alone stellar characters.
