Was already explained you why Uryu won't scale.

And no to Hisagi. Everything with him and Tosen is PIS.
 
Shuhei kept up with Tosen and dodged and reacted to him several times.

Uryu kept up with Ulqiorra and reacted to him (Note that Ichigo failed to even react to R1 Ulqiorra and couldn't really perceive his movements, as shown when Ulq throws 2 lanzas in quick succession-Ichigo doesn't really see what happens, compare this to Uryu who clearly perceives R2 Ulq's movements)

Uryu also intercepted VL Ichigo and stopped him from killing Ulq.
 
bro vl ichigo was clearly not moving he was just gonna stab ulq and he was doing that slowly go rewatch episode 272 ,so he shouldnt scale
 
Obviously anime is slowed down as we humans wouldn't be able to perceive anything other than a blur if everything happened in real time. Why would VL Ichigo slow his reactions down to human level ?

Ulquiorra toyed with Uryu, with Ichigo Ulquiorra was getting visibly frustrated and kept beating him within a inch of his life so that he would GIVE UP and stop annoying him, Ichigo also survived C0, a beating from R2 Ulquiorra who at this point is actually determined to kill Ichigo if it means that will actually teach him despair. Against Uryu Ulquiorra literally stood in one place and let Uryu do whatever the hell he pleased and after that once Ulquiorra's patience finally runs out Orihime has to assist Uryu while simultaneously trying to revive Ichigo. In short, Ichigo survived a onslaught from a frustrated Ulquiorra that absolutely wants to kill him while Uryu was treated as a simple ragdoll that was stated BY HIMSELF that he was only a diversion
 
Also I'm watching the anime version of Ichigo vs Ulquiorra and when Ichigo is hit by CO when it shows Orihime and Uryu they stumble and have to brace themselves on the wall from the force caused by the CO, like the CO caused a Earthquake when it hit

thats because of the immense reiatsu and not an actual earthquake
 
Can someone summarize the proposals that have been widely agreed because there are more than 500+ messages to read?
 
You don't have to read all 500+ comments. Just check out the stats proposed from the previous thread since they are the culmination of all of those 500+ comments.
 
The proposals in the OP of the previous thread look fine to me.

Why are Grimmjow's Resurreccion key and Post-Visored Training Ichigo's key this:

Island level+, likely Large Island level (Equal to Post-Visored Training Bankai Hollow Mask Ichigo)

Large Mountain level+, likely Island level (Trained with Hiyori), Island level, likely Island level+ with Bankai (Ichigo's Bankai multiplies his stats by 5), Island level+, likely Large Island level with Hollowfication (Ichigo's Hollow Mask multiplies his stats by 5)

Hollowfied Bankai Ichigo scales above the Large Island level Gran Rey Cero from having overpowered it, no? If we assume he no-sold it then this makes Resurreccion Grimmjow's darts and physicals above GRC, which scales back to Ichigo. Desgarron is also stated to be Grimmjow's ultimate attack, thus superior to GRC, and Ichigo overpowers it and tanks a hit from it. So why are they Island level+, likely Large Island level when they should be higher?
 
That "Likely Large Island level" is higher than what GRC is rated at.

But I mean since Ichigo can do what you said he and Grimmjow should just straight up be "Large Island level" instead of a likely.
