Dwayne Johnson? Are his statements viable given that he is not just an actor but also a producer?

If we don't take in-universe movie suggestions that Shazam ~ Superman, then we shouldn't take Dwayne's statements at immediate value. He can get a likely rating, but he shouldn't get a full scale rating until he actually fights Superman or someone from the JL.

The only one provided was him saying it depended on the actor. Even being generous it could mean that BA loses to some Supermen and wins against others, but that statement can be true without scaling to DCEU Superman.

The one saying they will fight is better, but we didn't give King Kong a new key because he was going to fight Godzilla. We waited until the movie came 9ut and then adjusted the profile accordingly.

I'd say Adam gets scaled right off the bat to "At least 7-A, possibly 6-C", but if that statement about Fate being able to kill Sabacc on his own is true is as well, then I guess he can get that outright rating. The JSA could all downscale, though I'm not so sure about Cyclone.

If we really take the "he can fight Superman" road, he should straight get a "At least 7-A, possibly High 6-C", since it's the option we're aiming with all the statements, particulary with Waller deciding to directly send Superman himself

Black Adam should definitely get a High 6-C rating, even if just 'possibly'.
Waller immediately went for the nuclear option when calling in Superman, instead of settling back on Wonder Woman or Aquaman.

Not saying he scales to Superman but we have no reason to believe he shouldn't at least compare to Diana.

By the looks of it, he'd be probably be able to fully scale to a full powered superman instead of just downscaling to him like everyone else in the verse, mainly due to problems with Superman being weakened and etc.

Yeah, Black Adam's is the Stamina of Shu, Swiftness of Heru, Strength of Amon, Wisdom of Zehuti, Power of Aton, and Courage of Mehen.

It was because of those differences that I had the idea, with the only caveat being that the first letter of the characters have to spell SHAZAM.

Well, in the movie, he was sauced up in power by 6 wizards while Billy only got one (the one that actually sealed away Black Adam). But the names themselves could possibly be why there's a difference in power. Either one seems plausible to me.

Tbf, we don't know if Black Adam is stronger than Shazam.
Sure, he has the more impressive showings to-date, but we haven't really seen anything from Shazam; all we have is statements and a few mediocre feats.

We don't even know how strong Dr. Sivana is, we haven't seen their maximum potential, or anywhere near that. The only noteworthy feats I remember in Shazam! Was Shazam getting punched through a building, and catching a bus; also Piedro catching that carnival ride.
