I'm surprised no one else has done this before I did.

But anyways,

As you can tell, this thread is about discussing the story, feats, or abilities from the movie without spoiling others who follows the general discussion threads.

Black adam has supersonic-supersonic+ reaction speed since he is stated and shown to be faster than bullets and rockets possibly even massively hypersonic for reactions and attack speed if we are using his lightning he lifts a statue too and he can fly at supersonic speeds possibly higher there's a lot more but i won't say it here
 
And should the JSA downscale from Black Adam? I mean Hawkman did make him struggle a bit, even though he overpowered them

I'm pretty sure they should all be able to downscale.

Hawkman could put up a fight against Adam despite being weaker and took quite a few hits from him over the course of the movie, and also was able to damage Sabbac. His shield and wings could block Adam's lightning too.

Dr. Fate could harm Black Adam and Sabbac with his powers, with his duplicates also being able to restrain (with more than one working together) and harm them physically. His shields could block Adam's lightning and Sabbac's fire, and Hawkman was incapable of breaking though Fate's largest shield with his mace, even over time.

Atom Smasher incapacitated Black Adam for a short time by punching him into the ground, and later knocked Hawkman out of the sky by accident. He also demonstrated the ability to harm Sabbac at least twice.

Cyclone harmed Sabbac by launching a car at him with aerokinesis, and helped overpower a sustained fire blast from Sabbac by pushing Dr. Fate's shield against it.
 
Shazam's lightning (and overall speed by extension) is accepted as MHS+, and I don't really see why Black Adam wouldn't be able to scale due to both of them getting their powers from the same source. Both of them have heavy implications of scaling to tier 6 characters too.

And he has some crazy regeneration negation the rock really wanted black adam to be op
 
And I feel like he should also have deconstruction for his lightning as well
 
Black adam is able to perceive bullets in slow mo and lightning looked slow from his perception after shooting it out.

Can't that yield anything impressive?

I mean, most of them were completely vaporized into dust through magic, meaning that their entire human bodies were completely destroyed almost instantly

There's a note on the deconstruction page for this:
Note: Natural side effects from powers, such as Energy Manipulation, Fire Manipulation, Vibration Manipulation, and other abilities that can produce enough energy output to destroy or dismantle objects, do not mean that characters automatically qualify for this ability, unless the abilities in question specifically and directly focus on deconstruction in itself, rather than as a consequence.

And also, from what I noticed, Black was able to view his own lightning in slow motion while he was flying while devastating the military crew. Is it viable enough to scale him to Relativistic+?
