I mean, the Rock is a producer and gave a bunch of statements. Waller also backs up no one on Earth being able to stop him so Adam should scale above the normal Leaguers in terms of stats besides Supes.

Yeah, I was basing it off how the AP was phrased in Arkham's blog, but I agree with that justification. It's worded better

I mean, logically speaking if he got the champion powers from his son then that should include the power to make someone else the champion (a bit similar to what Billy did with his brothers, though in the case of Teth-Adam he got everything since his son didn't share the powers with others), not like he ever is going to use that though.

It should be noted however that Fate is the one who clearly makes them struggle the hardest aside from each other, they're notably in great pain when he traps them into an ankh of energy so he probably scales anyway

I’d say Fate and Adam likely backscale with Fate being able to take the W via hax

I think is currently better, and then whenever he does fight someone we can upgrade him. I mean, we don't rate Shazam as 8-C and the end credits scene still implies he's done stuff like arm wrestle Superman.

Which is why I suggested the rest of them should downscale considering how they were still able to somewhat harm him, especially Hawkman

The speed section need to be adjusted to add the speed from likely scaling to Superman, which was mentioned before:

His LS should also get a likely scaling to Superman.

And the stamina section is empty, should be added his feat as Teth of fighting against entire squad just after awake from his slumber and endure the beating of the agents while taking off the tube on his airway. Another good thing to add is a mention of how he endured working constantly in terrible conditions as a slave under the hot sun for entire days back in his age. As Black Adam the more noteworthy things for the stamina section I suppose would be fighting the JSA and kill Sabacc despite be beaten by him.

Wait, seriously? That was really quick, in that case will try to donwload it and see the movie again, the movie was cool enough that even after a week of watch it I still think about it.

They definitely downscale, the only one I'm not sure if actually downscale is Cyclone in AP since her power is somewhat hard to judge in a purely AP sense, though she should be fine downscaling her LS from Black Adam since her winds helped Fate to push against Sabacc attack and she herself seemed to restrict Black Adam in their fight.

Isn't the verse already Rel? Either way, here's the statements. It's also mentioned Hawkman knows hundreds of martial arts from each of his life times and can adapt on the fly. It's worth noting Adam uses brute force and rage to combat this but it's impressive

Yep, so between that and the Rel stuff with casual MHS we've got a consistent case, perhaps implying Flash, Adam and other God Toers (Save the Old Gods unless they get Shazzy scaling) are all in the SOL range.
