Regigigas has more versatility, but are we factoring Slow Start into this fight? I mean, in Competitive Pokemon, Reigigas is awful becuase of that ability but idk if it factors into a versus battle

The speed difference is hardly large enough for it to have an impact, before and after Slow Start. Equalization isn't a must here.

Confuse Ray and Thunder Punch will prove to be problems as well as Regi's Forcefield Creation, so I'd give it to them.
