Yeah I'm not sure if he can do that, unless we can scale his Sealing resistance to Kirin's sealing, but they're also two different types of it

Yeah, but its not passive-ish, basically any attack she does deals stamina damage, if she deals enough she can damage the stamina enough to get reduced into 0, which then activates the status effect inducement

Depends since the sealing here can already deal with people who resist sealing if I'm not wrong. Plus, using her TP she can seal him via text manipulation.

Okay so I found another thing that might be relevant also I'm writing this down so I specifically remember. Kirin’s Radiant Fetters were able to seal Moebius (who GV scales to in this specific key), inside GVs body like a damn jinjuriki from Naruto, and Kirins Fetters are typically used in the conventional sense for power nullifying therefore this would probably scale to the 166+ BS
I'm sure Agios has another weird and goofy hax ability tho, plus this needs a CRT anyways so it shouldn't change anything
Another supporting feat is that she is able to use her Fetters to seal concussive energy into her Talismans (which are pieces of paper with text on them which should be the same thing), and she's even sealed Azure Striker attacks before yet she can't do the same with Moebius (this one in particular already has been passed in a CRT)

Just to make sure you understand how layers work please take this example:
Person A uses Mind Hax and Person B Resists
Person C uses Mind Hax and affects Person B = 1 Layer of Mind Hax potency
Person C uses Mind Hax and Person D Resists
Person E uses Mind Hax and affects Person D = 2 Layers of Mind Hax potency
And so on and so forth
If what your saying is true
Then you need to provide an instance of this occurring about 166 times for the 166 Layers to be legit and accepted
Hax Potency Layers are not measured by A attack being greater than B attack. Using a admittedly greater attack doesn’t constitute for layers. It’s how many instances of overcoming resistances that accounts for layers

But it depends on the context
It would have to establish in verse through lore and/or character dialogue for the in-game story that that’s how it is suppose to work
Kinda like with what Bobsican did for the 27+ layers for KH characters which characters referencing the Chain of Memories card system as something actually Lore-Wise and present in the verse or how Undertale characters reference game mechanics as in verse lol.
If it’s established through no more than just game mechanics and how the game is simply programmed and designed to function then those layers are deemed not viable
