If GV can't do it neither can kirin. Apparently Yhwachs powernull is 4D + Conceptial Type 2, where as GVs is only Type 3. It's also passive so unfortunately that's how it's gonna be. Actual stomp this time sorry

Wait so his power nullification is 4D even if I use his 3-A rating? It didn't have a separate rating so I thought that it's potency was tied to his tier, which is why I used 3-A Yhwach . Also the only feat shown for his Conceptual Manipulation is him restoring his name and powers after Ichibei erased them so I didn't think that it had any offensive applications or that it was tied to his power nullification.

I am aware of smurf characters. In fact the main reason why I make these kinds of matchups for Kirin is because she herself is one.
