I was about to respond but TOAA summed it up well enough. Japanese words require further context because they themselves can have multiple meanings.

Really the cosmology of Bleach alone is what seals the deal. A thorough explanation of the cosmology would probably convince you of what's going on during the final arc.

Yes, it has since been a controversial thread. The previous thread also had to go through a long process with the approval of 6 staff and 3 CGM.

Cuz base Aizen = Yama > FB Bankai > Mugetsu. Ichigo said that Aizen wanted to lose so the Hogyoku actually made him weaker with every transformation.

Additionally, Aizen is sealed away mere hours after becoming transcendent, and while sealed his reiatsu is kept close to him, negating its range, thus it can't keep Hell shut from within Muken.

Because TYBW Aizen has his Reiatsu sealed near his body at all times, so he wouldn't be able to keep Hell closed with his Reiatsu, unless it was an oversight on Kubo's part.
