No, it would make Surtur/Hela Planetary. Thor and Hulk are nothing to them from what I understand. Though it suggest Odin > Surtur/Hela even when weakened.

Rewriting history might not necessarily be a reality warping feat. It's possible he time traveled or manipulated time in some way too.
