I have kinda lost interest in the MCU and as such haven't kept up with the most recent CRTs, but after thinking about it for a bit, I think I will agree with this.
With the Hadron Enforcer being said to destroy moons and the above scan of Rockt being able to create planet-leveling weapons, there is a pattern for his weapon being moon/planet busting, so the energetic output of the Snap would be superior than that. Rocket is also incredibly smart (GotG Vol. 3 goes in depth about how smart he is), so there is no reason to assume that his statement isn't reliable. And the fact that he have seen a 5-A destructive event in the recordings of the Collector and still safely said that the Snap was a energetica surge of proportions never seen before makes the Snap scaling higher than Eson's feat pretty solid to me.
This would also fix the several scaling issues that the current profiles have. The issues I am referring would be: the fact that a full power Surtur, who scales to at Least High 6-A, possible 5-B was unable to destroy the container of the Tesseract (What if Season 2, the episode with Kahorri, given that the only difference here is that Surtur simply succeded in his destruction of Asgard there is no reason to assume he is thousands of times weaker than his main variant)
Honestly I don’t think What If should be used to scale the main timeline because of shit like this

Even Hela to? since events in which she appeared predate avengers endgame?
We can either change Hela's Depowered key to "High 6-B, up to 5-A with Accelerated Development" or "5-A, higher with Accelerated Development".

High 6-B, up to 5-A with Accelerated Development Seems reasonable enough since she took all of power from awakened Thor and She is listed as a more powerful weapon than the tesseract, so that makes sense for 5-A second key

Namor should get this too since he’s stated as being comparable to Thor and pierces through Vibranium vehicles with greater ease then Thanos did the shield

I don't remember if the statements of Endgame Thor being stronger than his previous incarnations were discarded, if so then "At least High 6-B+, up to 5-A with Accelerated Development" is the right way for Hela, with her second key being straight up 5-A

Yeah, this should work

honestly I think High 6-A possibly 5-B looks better then the alternative, otherwise we got three tiers which is always kinda messy looking

Being at least comparable to, if not smarter than the likes of Bruce Banner and Tony Stark.
Would like to add that I'm 100% down with the claim that he is actually smarter than them and that you gave me an idea of a match. Thank you, OP.
I agree 100%

I mentioned High 6-A earlier? I swear we were talking about this earlier?
You mensioned surface wipping talking about Rocket planet leveling statement, but it was just you and went nowhere, also the whole talk was about supporting scaling to Rocket's 5-C bombs or celestial destroying a planet which is 5-A, so H6-A was never even considered.

Scaling seems to have more an effect on characters than I anticipated. Will it cause scaling problems in the future?
Hard to say if it will but so far the scaling seems pretty consistent, especially now that planetary feats are becoming more common in the MCU.

Wait, is Hulk getting anything or no? I don’t think he should he 6-B if everyone else is jumping up several tiers.
He shouldn't have gotten anything since he almost died from snapping his fingers, he not Thanos Rival at all. And his durability to endure this for a while is due to the fact that he has gamma radiation as the Infinity Stone

I mean he was taking hits from awakened Thor and asking for more or no

Is that awakened thor? I don't see him using that much power to attack hulk, like hela take hit
this is hulk reaction after getting hit by awakened thor twice

No injuries bro wasn’t even bleeding and was back up ready for more and his rage Amps would’ve only made him stronger as time went on and hulk rage amps are crazy fast he went from getting staggered by base Thor to effortlessly catching a jump slam from base Thor with 1 hand
