According to the last thread on ji ning he has danmaku that covers like actual miles and its not magic so Asta can't counter it at all, senses via that danmaku so Asta can't do anything tricky at all, is more talented than Asta by miles even if they do fight with swords, has soul hax which Asta doesn't resist at all according to his profile, etc, etc. This seems like a complete stomp. Literally what can Asta do, at all?

Literally nothing this is a stomp.
Soul fuckery alone is infamous for being a stomp power and you put him v a guy with absolutely no resistance to it.

This is a Top 5 entry match. Those are usually just stomps done for posterity so the positions can be taken without a hassle on the main thread.

Anyway yeah, Ji Ning outranges with most if not all his attacks, has soul attacks that he opens with more often than not, can just become invinsible and remove himself from Asta's memory, outskills to the point of hilarity and most of Asta's arsenal is useless since Ning uses Ki and Divine Power. And he has his even more powerful clone on top of that and honestly, probably even AP considering how much he scales above his old key.

Anyone have any issues with me closing this?

As in, one usually needs matches to take away a spot from another character on the Top 5 strongest threads. The matches are done to settle things off of the thread and not clog it up. As you'd imagine they end up being stomps more often than not but nobody expects them to be added most of the time anyway.

We don't know how many layers of resistance negation Bleach has in high 6C. But if it's less than 3, then it's likely Ning wins tbh.
