what can fudo do against concept lock

Depends, does he have enough range with his CL to affect someone of Fudo Myo-o's size? Since I don't see Interstellar or above range on his profile.

1. Fudo seems to just be large star sized and like, that's well within Interplanetary range if I'm reading his calc right.
2.Elder God Ning is his strongest non-smurf 4-B key, not True God. Which does have Interstellar range.
3. At this point Ning cam just concept lock and oneshot him in body and soul.

Hmmm, I don't believe Fudo Myo-o has a win-con against this speed equalized. What's your opinion on if speed wasn't equalized, since Fudo Myo-o would have an infinite speed gap on Ji Ning.

Ning doesn't have any passives but parsing over the profile, I can't see any offensive that can't just be reflected back to Fudo by Ning's Primalwater Armour.

I'm guessing Ji Ning's Armour can reflect attacks which strike on a physical, spiritual, mental, fated, and informational level? If so, I guess Ji Ning can initially reflect some of Fudo Myo-o's attacks back onto him, but after this has happened multiple times. I just see Fudo Myo-o trying to outlast him, which, with Fudo's infinite stamina compared to Ji Ning's finite stamina, would probably allow him to grab the W.

The armor is considered as making one invincible to other Elder Gods, so physical, mental, conceptual, law-based, and spiritual yeah. As for the information, it depends on how that goes.
If he resists his stuff then Fudo would win speed unequalized though.

Not entirely sure what you mean by "how that goes" (probably because i'm tired like a mud) but yeah, Fudo Myo-o does resist the effects of his Samurai Soul as Samurai are naturally resistant against the effects of their own Samurai Soul, which is where all of physical, spiritual, informational etc stuff comes from.
