Supposedly, the Robin (Damian Wayne) contains feats from both the Post-Crisis AND Post-Flashpoint version of the character.
Regarding that, there has been a request to convert it into either one of the versions, with the Post-Flashpoint version being more favoured than the Post-Crisis one.

A while ago a thread was made that removed Pocket Universe Creation from Kars's profile, which is why his Low 2-C rating in that key was removed. But it seems Weekly forgot to remove the ability from the P&A section when updating the profile.
