About android 21's...waves.

I don't think Android 21 should have Power Nullification under her powers and abilitys. This power is not something she can do on her own and is only possible as a result of useing a "wave generater" that is not listed under her "Standard Equipment". And before you say "Just add it to her "Standard Equipment" I don't think it should be because it mostly serves as a plot device for the story of the game. It would be like putting the Ultimate Weapon(Pokemon) under Lysander's "Standard Equipment".

Android 21 created the Wave Machine. She would have access to it like any other character that relies on their tech. Just because it's a plot device doesn't mean it's automatically discounted; we have the Zen'O button under Goku's profile because he HAS it on him at all times (Actually it's more likely he forgot he has it on him and just left it in his Gi).

Yeah, she should have them. I mean, even in every battle we use her in, she has them.

Actually I don't even think it's Power Nullification. Goku and co. can still use their powers, their just alot weaker. I think it should be changed to Statistics Reduction.

Actually, the waves prevented the saiyans and freeza from transforming into higher forms; nullifying their ability to do so.

They have their powers completely drained to Yamcha levels, We usually consider this Powernull.

Oh, and when Bulma activeted the machine to free Cel and Frieza form artificial souls, they still could't shoot even a ki blast.

Yeah, it's power null and a few more. If anything, she should get a few addittions.
