Well, the goat has a "+" sign on profile it seems, and both characters some hax cancelling out each other; Templar's best hax is sadly disabled though. I suppose I'll lean towards Absa via 4x greater AP & Durability advantage.

I'd love to give HT Psionic Storm, but it would be an effortless stomp if he had it.

Edit: Also Absa's feats are 5.7 Gigajoules for shattering Kragg's pillar and 5 Gigajoules for natural lightning. HT is 1.2 Gigajoules, for reference.

How's Absa in terms of energy capacity? Psionic storm might be restricted but feedback is still fair game.

Higher than the HT's. She uses almost exclusively energy and can output around 5.7 Gigajoules to HT's 1.2.

Speed is unequal, so Absa's lightning will hit essentially instantly.
