The bird collapses, blade-like beak dragging down the length of your arm as its full weight falls to the ground.

She uses her other hand to open the beak from a side by with her strength to get it out and launch herself off of his body at som distance

"In my defense, it could have killed me too, so it was kill or be killed scenario Gran E, plus better take care of any dangers around us so it wont target any of you on the way or something

I made a living of myself from fighting Gran E, you dont need to worry, im a big girl and skilled fighter, i can take care of myself, you two need protection as well"

Explains it to the old lady, although she also was looking for a battle, since she lusts after a challenge against others too, so she couldnt pass off such a chance

After this event, Tom began to start the vehicle again and countine their trip
"Maybe, we should put music to calm ourselves" he say whil put the radio

You're on your way out, when across the road, something leaps at you. It's a large entity, covered in various small spines, with long limbs, and a body akin to that of a Dimetrodon.

It hisses at you, pulling on the back of the vehicle.

"SHIT!!" Tom almost loses control of the vehicle after the creature hits him, the tires begin to skid on the road, he quickly makes a sharp turn towards a corner to try to get the creature to release itself from the vehicle.

She grabs Gran E body and holds her still while hold her arm against the door to keep more stability during Tom turns with the car

She was still unconscious even with the surprise, so her grandmother remained limp.
 
Twin claws rend into the metal in pairs again and again as it pulls itself atop the vehicle, tail whipping madly. It stabs through the window with it, a point coming toward anyone inside at superhuman speed.

She avoids it and moves the old lady away from its attack too, then grabs the tail, jumping from the window with it, hurling the creature dozens of meters away

"Dont you dare attack these people again!"

Blasting from both arms light beams, combining into a huge pillar of it following after the beast to strike with intense burning like that of the sun

You attempt to do this, but the tail of the creature wraps around you, pulling you to the ground. Just before you hit, it splits its fin in two, twisting rapidly as it alters its movement into a glide, dragging you along the road behind it. Your beam attack misses completely, flying off and a building a hundred yards away, causing two of the windows to explode into melting glass.

As she gets dragged shortly after, Elide attempts burning its tail with her light by holding her palms on the tail, increasing the intensity of it, while also using her brute strength to escape its grasp

The creature lets go of you, and you go flying into a nearby car, the windshield cracking.
 
Tom accelerated the car at least 100 meters away, putting it off the road, getting out of it with his shovel in hand, he noticed the damage to the vehicle but concentrated on seeing how he could help Elide, he created a small hybrid of a scorpion and an armored beetle but that had a million needles all over its body and he put it on the ground and then hit it with the shovel with moderate force towards the creature.

He wanted the creature to be hit and for the poison of his creation to take effect.
