Could you elaborate on this a little more? Like what are the limitations, if any? How fast do the meteors come and what's my range? Roughly, how big is 'small? Do I just think about it and it happens? I would appreciate it alot.

Backstory:
Born from two strict Russian immigrants, Yuri's life was always centered. Go to school, get good grades, and succeed. His path was laid out for him. With a scientist father and an astronaut mother, Yuri was expected to fall through and follow his parents. And for 23 years of his life, Yuri was stuck. Although his life was simple, it was suffocating. He hopelessly tried to match his parents' impossible expectations, making his way through school and eventually landed in an esteemed medical university studying for his Physics masters degree. However, he was at his breaking point. How much longer would he be forced to live this way? Luckily, after discovering his powers that seemed to come from nowhere, Yuri found an opportunity to break free.

Personality:
Yuri was very timid growing up; he was occasionally bullied and didn't like to mingle with others, preferring to be with his books. Although that is less pronounced in his adulthood, some of the traits still remain. He is very non confrontational and would rather retreat when possible. However, due to his new power, he is being more and more unhinged. Yuri just sees it as him breaking out of his shell.

Backstory: Elide was the daughter of a man, whom was a pretty well known hunter, specializing in taking down superhumans with various capabilities and powers, yet that somehow didnt stop him from falling in love with a woman with traits of a wolf eventually one day. Through their mutual love, they would in the future have a girl together, known as Elide Savira, growing up with both of them half of her life.

Yet for the other half, her father went on a hunt from which he never came back ever since, meanwhile her mother eventually passsed away when she tried to protect Elide from some people, resulting in her death. Alone with nobody to take care of her, she learned to survive and adapt in this city by herself till Elide managed to be independent by herself

Nowadays she makes a living by challenging others to fights to earn money and credit to herself among the neighbours, loving the life style and enjoying the trill of battle.


Personality: She is a very energetic and short tempered individual, can be pretty aggressive at times, the type of person that hits first and ask questions later and likes to joke or play around whenever she feels like it with whoever she gets along with.

Always looking to have fun, as well as make friends on her journeys, so she can have a good time, to enjoy her life to the fullest as best as possible. She is pretty competitive too, eager for fights to test herself and others and get a good experience out of them, both for learning, but also to having a great time.

-Lunar Energy Manipulation (can manipulate light reflecting from on the moon from the sun, however she pleases for various uses to her liking)

All right. Since you have the one point in theme, you do have a spellbook. Any spells you cast take from your Mana Pool, which contains an amount of Mana Points/MP equal to your level times 10. You don't have a full mastery of your spells, so you're not fully sure how it will go. That's just how magic is.

Powers:

-Luck Aura: Complex actions, high-stakes actions, or combat actions taken within your aura are determined by a d20 dice roll.

-Martial Arts


Spells:

-Waterwalk(1 MP): You can walk on liquids as if they were solids for 5 minutes.

-Detect Magic(1 MP): You can see if something has mystical properties.

-Minor Illusion(1 MP): You can create an illusory sound or image nearby.

-Alter Self(5 MP): You can alter your physical form, while still retaining your basic shape.

-Ghostform(10 MP): For up to 10 minutes, you, and anything you wear, carry, or cast, are completely intangible.

-LaserRain(100 MP): An area of your choosing is bombarded with lasers that rain down from overhead.

Magic Items:

-Hand of Shadows: This mummified hand allows you to use an amount of MP of your choice to attempt to summon that many shadowy arms, which you can control at will. These arms are controlled by your thoughts, glide along the ground as fast as you can run, and are as physically strong as you are.

Plot starts with a normal day - people with superpowers blending in with normal humans (cuz idk, the GM said so). @ShionAH's character got elated and elated to experiment on stuff. Then shit immediately hits the fan and a "storm" is approaching (PROVOOOOOOOOOKING BLACK CLOUDS IN ISOLAAAAAAAAAAAATIONNNNN), the guys looks around for a fight but stuff happens and some characters run away. More players are introduced into the fray, but the chaos is still there. Creatures spawns out but @Oliver_de_jesus makes them his friend. Granda Evelyn is finally introduced and meets with Tom; they went on a mall for shopping but stops when Ceasar (@Da3ggman's character) stirs up trouble. Like a good grandmother she is (she f*cking rekts his a**) teaches him a lesson. They went to Tom's house but got caught in the middle of a fight between a "hero" iirc. Grandma then went along her way outside and Elide (@BlackDarkness679's character) is introduced. We see Evelyn get insulted by people for her looks and had criminals plan to rob/kill her for looking weird (even tho she's hot AF), which caused her to enter demon time and kill em all. She adopts Elide (2 grandson/daughter obtained) and a whole slice of life took over the RP. BUTTTTTTTTTTTTTT, there's this bird creature or whatever and became a boss fight for Tom and Elide. I became very inactive since then (busy) but Evelyn returns and oneshots the thing - making Elide and Tom impressed. That's where we at right now.

There was also a full fight with a guy who had the powers of any dinosaur he wanted, who fought a guy, left, and showed up dead, a strange mercenary, a specific doctor experimenting on living people to create animalistic soldiers, a couple actual public superheroes, etc.
