a question about the curse of Lucius (wh40k) and a character from (dragon ball)

I have a question about Lucius's curse, because if he is defeated and you have any feeling for him, no matter how slight, he will reincarnate on the winning opponent, right? his curse could affect characters like freezer
when he defeats Lucius?

Lucius hax typically works on anyone who derives satisfaction from killing him, yes. Though to degree to what something classifies as "satisfaction" is variable.
