Chronoscepter one shot 096, that's already a big advantages, besides that, Turok is more versatile and has another types of weapons that ignore durability. 096 advantages only relies in AP/Durability, durability can be negated by Tal, but AP is pretty high above Tal's durability, over 400 times, one accurate strike and Tal is, at the very least, heavy injured.

Also, I discussed with Weekly:

• 096's Regen is a possibly, and even if it has it it's been downgraded to Low-Mid and isn't combat applicable.

• Telepathy was changed to Extrasensory.

• It lost Type 1 Immortality and gained Type 2.

I'd advise many of you to reconsider votes or if this is a stomp.
