Well, it's not like it disintegrates it out of sheer mind power. It's just that its main ability is disintegration and it can also be used on the mind. Mind hax power is normally measured by numbers.

You can say that it contains the order of destruction of Aberneiu. Also, Anos' magic doesnot follows anyone's orders. He has power modification.So even if magic is considered mystical, Anos' eyes and his magic will affect her because of his power modification.
And do you think that laws that embodies certain concepts and makes up universes can be considered as mystical?

The upgrades have already been accepted and applied.

He's now able to adapt to abilities which are actively affecting him even while incapacitated, and also gained resistance to Paralysis Inducement, Power Nullification, Perception Manipulation and Mind Manipulation that utilize universal laws and concepts.

Reactive Evolution shouldn't be able to cover her wincons since she only needs to use them once (and it would be really NLF to assume he develops resistances to everything, especially since the scans I've seen don't suggest that at all), plus his additional resistances don't cover her wincons either

Lefille doesn't have sealing, Liliana does, the match got changed from her to Lefille.

As for her Lefille's hax here, it's just the standard mahou swordsman hax of paralysis and fear, Lefille's gaze alone paralyzed a battalion of soldiers, so baseline resistance wouldn't cover it for example.

He would resist the paralysis, but he won't resist the fear manip. He could probably adapt to it tho.

That means if she can nullify Venuzdonoa's range, she should be able to nullify its AP.
If you say she can't nullify Venuzdonoa's AP, then she shouldn't be able to nullify its range.

So, either Lefille stomps Anos, or Anos stomps Lefille.
