Giygas cant really attack, though, and its durability seems to be superior to Post-Magicant Ness, so he lets his Attack Reflection make his opponents kill themselves.

What do you mean? He does attack, he spams PK Rockin throughout the battle lol. The Devils machine doesn't suppress any of his other abilities, only contain his true form and to keep his mind in check.

But if his Passive hax makes it a stomp throughout, then so be it.

By 3 tons off? You do realize that its only a one-shot if it goes up to 77 tons, so I suppose it can be changed so that any 8-B+ is banned instead.
