She would lose. Most of her info is based on false calculation largely being ignored here

After one [Explosion] spell she will barely have enough mana to use teleport. Her ice specialty would not work, if she had info on her enemies beforehand then she should open with [Light Of Saber], although I am unsure what that would do in Overlord.

Light of Saber: Appears as a ray or a flash of light, negates durability

Before anyone makes an agrument I want to point out that sleep (and therefore most likely paralysis) doesn't work on Ainz. It was stated that as a skeleton Ainz is unable to sleep (chapter 11 IIRC)
