Kazuma wins.

He can just us Bind which Drac can't break out of as he doesn't have the LS to do so (You need at least Class M).

And even if Drac hypnotised him while immobilized. Kazuma can't undo Bind. So once it wears off.

He can just use Drain Touch to kill Drac. Or use Dynamite as that Bypass Drac's Regen as it's 8-C while drac is 9-A.

Kazuma also has Night vision, Beginner magic, Enemy detection, Lurk, Escape,
