Has he ever shown the capability, knowledge &/or willingness to do so? That is, targeting the area (Such as the ground they're standing on.) of who he wants to teleport, rather than that being themselves?

Yes. Although it is more effective when covered.

To what extent does it prevent him being detected? Not by which means, but what stuff has failed to detect him because of Lurk, in situations where he otherwise likely would have been detected?

Kazuma imo even if Stealth doesn't work he can just use concealment( superior version) and bind.

Along with his high luck, Auto Dodge allows him to don't nearly all attacks such him dodging the DK Cursed Lighting (Though I think all magic lightning in Konosuba is slower than irl lighting expect for the [Lightning Strike] spell as it draws actual lightning from the sky).


Heck and enemy detection allows him to sense bigglesworth.

So now that Bigglesworth lost, due to a rematch with Kondraki when he drops, is he auto-eliminated and Kondraki fights or does the tournament end here? Because many double elimination brackets would have a single elimination by the final 4 so the winner of the losers bracket fights the winner of the winners bracket.

Going by what I said in the main tournament thread, matches that already occurred will be skipped in the favor of the winner. So Bigglesworth will fight and lose against Kazuma again, since Bigglesworth already beat Kondraki. Anyway, Kazuma wins the tournament.
