His precog doesn't seem that great and I know jojo is weird but I don't think he can come up with a solution for everything the kid can throw at him based on the result in ten seconds over a fight even without Satou's luck.

Epitaph predicts the future and is unchangable even by Doppio, though he can use any info about it to his advantage.

Doppio's precognition is relatively useless. I mean, he'll know that he's gonna get punched in the face and he can brace for the pain but he's still getting punched in the face. He has the intelligence to make plans sure but he just lacks the tools to actually pull them off
