    And you have the ability to completely affect and alter the data/information of the world and in doing so can achieve any effect (Similar to Plot Manipulation and how altering the plot will affect the fundamental aspects of reality)

    My question here, is being able to completely manipulate/alter the data/information of a world made of data/information considered Conceptual Manipualtion up to Type 2

    Hi, sorry for DMing u this way but I didn't want to clutter up the Thread Removal request. I did so earlier in the thread with the Sans stuff which I apologize for

    anyways, I wanted to respond to your response in the thread regarding the Son Goku vs Chat Blanc battle.

    The arguments that were mentioned are as followed:

    1. Chat Blanc's Mega Cataclysm is the size of the Galaxy, so Goku can't dodge it, and he gets 1 shot due to deconstruction
    2. Even if Chat Blanc doesn't use it, any of his other deconstruction moves will kill if Goku blocks it, which he does in character

    My points against those are:
    1. Chat Blanc's Cataclysm attacks are not only incapable of destroying the entire galaxy when charging it, but also incapable of turning Paris into a crater when actually launching it (there are ruins and buildings everywhere despite the fact that he basically Final Explosion-ed the entire city) Until Cat actually launches it, Goku will be unaffected
    2. This is Mastered Ultra Instinct Goku. The guy who is physically incapable of blocking attacks because his body moves for him. Anything other than the Mega Cataclysm won't be blocked since he will dodge in-character, long enough to 1 shot Cat Blanc with anything

    Additional points are:
    1. Even if Cat pulls out his Mega Cataclysm off the bat. Goku can just Instant Transmission behind him and kill him before he launches it
    2. Goku can just flex his right bicep and terraform the city with a Kiai, which is faster than the 15 full seconds it took Cat Blanc to charge his Mega Cataclysm. Considering Goku's range it's entirely possible for him to do this
    3. Goku can just glare

    Main argument is as follows:
    At the end of the day, every attack Goku does in character is going to kill Cat Noir due to his literal infinite AP advantage, as well as Cat's inability to defend himself from literally anything Goku does, while everything Cat Noir does will get dodged due to UI. The Mega Cataclysm is the only thing that Cat Noir can do to kill Goku, but considering the time it takes to charge the attack and the plethora of options Goku has to stop him from using it, it's extremely unlikely that Goku will get hit by it.

    if a character(s) are referred to "higher beings that joined the universal consciousness beyond this plane of existence(likely referring to the main universe) would qualify as? Keep in mind these beings are called infinite when compared to humans.


    I talked to a knowledgeable member on the wiki regarding this, and they said it could be “likely” Low 1-C.and was wondering what other knowledgeable members thought.

    I decided to go through frame by frame on that time stamp for the calc, and I'm not sure how the swing speed can be compared to lightning, the Divine Dragon starts swinging the swing before Wolf casts the spell, and the lightning oscures everything making it hard to tell what is going on

    Wolf isn't casting a spell, he's catching lightning and redirecting it. If you don't see it, idrk what to tell you, but again, the calc is outdated anyway? It doesn't matter. It's not being used.

    1. Turns into gas. Can move around, can't fight in that form. Sporadically useful.
    2. If she is fought in the Air Elemental Node, pretty much the instant she feels actually threatened.
    3. No, it deals damage as any other would. It's just from sources like ego death and shit.
    4. No. Their magic on people is the effect of the target moreso than their own range- their spells aren't blasting out across the planes, it's just that these people are fundamentally connected (sort of) to their other plane selves. Magic just allows that extension to work.
    5. For 5e, Low 7-B represents CR 13-17. In 3.5e, it represents 13 up to 19.

    quick question, in D&D, if u turn urself into a golden dragon, can u still learn/use wizard spells, warlock or are u stuck now on sorcerer?
    and if u are stuck as a sorcerer can u use the 9th level spell wish to be able to use wizard or warlock spells?

    also which version of God dragon is the best/strongest 3.5e or 5e?

    but what happens if ur character is already a dragon, as in there is no being human using a spell to turn into a gold dragon, more like born a true dragon, can he still learn wizard/warlock even tho ur character was never human?

    I suppose if you knew what sort of planet it was (gas giant and so on), you could work off of that. Or, if the planet was an established place, you could very easily try to find an equivalent- or look for a statement of its size. If it's just some random space rock said to be a planet, assume Earth-like size and accept that it may be too vague, and thus thrown out, in the face of more clear cut feats.
