The biggest things I think DB will have to interpret are: Oregon Sword, Yuji's scaling, how Yuji's soul damage works on Pochita, and whether Denji can safely drink Yuji's blood.

He ate the other death painting wombs before the final battle against Sukuna. Turning him into a being with similar biology to one, which includes poisonous blood to humans and curses.

Including curses as well? If that is true then it might affect Denji, though I do not really recall it. The scan above shows that it only harmed humans since it had the blood of curses, which then affected their blood within the human bloodstream. I do not really think it would be possible for it to affect both though, considering the only real reason why his blood is poisonous is because it's curse blood. That doesn't really make much sense to me.

I just don't think any potential Nappa MU is worthy of a Death Battle. Like, I wouldn't hate it if they made it, but I wouldn't be particularly excited either. Primarily because he's just a non-character. He's a mustachioed brick wall that follows Vegeta around, and that's about it outside of extended media. Bro is not Bardock. Hell I'd argue he's not even Raditz.
