Since Kamen Rider Genm Level Billion creates the universe with his power and has complete control over it, wouldn't that mean Genm and Riders that scaled to him be just Low 2-C?

As mr Shirakura said that there are innumerable(無数) parallel worlds in Zenkaiger series
But to @sentai-official The infinite parallel worlds falls into the hands of the "Toji Tend" demon.
That means in this context 無数=無限 ?

1) Aruto Hiden have limit of how much learning help by Zea?
2) Can Zea learn every character weaknesses and strengths?
3) Zero One Realizing Hopper, Zero Two, Hell Rising Hopper are Small Planet level -Planet level?

Well there are too many downgrade for tier 2 these day even Instant Death back to their 2B and so does Xeno DB,i wonder if KR got downgrade to lower than tier 2 one day?.

James when does a character count as low 1C for transcend space-time? If we take an example like kamen rider saver he united with worlds(3000 worlds at least) and transcend its space-time would that be enough. Also does transcend space-time help someone got imeasurable speed?

1, Have you ever seen any case of infinite colors( each is universe) like gaim novel? (i remember that i have seen in this site before but i don't remember that character's name)
2, Ohma Zi-O with 20 kind of multiverses each spreading their number infinitely can match with 2A character?

Given the craziness with getting Kamen Rider cleaned up on this site, not sure if this is a good time to ask, but given you're one of the knowledgeable Kamen Rider users, do you know where on Earth on 6-A feat comes from? Kiva has a 6-A+ feat that no one scales to and the only place I could find the source was on Gaim's page reading "Was able to move all of Helheim and the Inves to a distant planet with a wave of a hand". There's not a calc or anything linked though.

Honestly speaking james i still believe that mirror worlds are infinite.You see kanzaki said that mirror facing each other create an infinite number of worlds,if it's just infinite imagine of world he wouldn't say that.in novel inside a mirror is another mirror continues on infinitely reflect an infinite number of worlds,when keep passing mirrors can go other worlds but it definitely another world of ryuki because it reflected ryuki world only,each of them just bit different from each other if he go to other rider world like build,ex aid that would be a big different not a bit like:build world has sky wall,ex aid with bugster virus disaster,...although ryuki novel release in 2013 when all the multiverse stuffs already happened in Decade but doesn't have any proof about kanzaki can go to other rider worlds(not mirror world) through mirror.Fun fact: mighty novel x release in 2018 but its plot take place in 2023
