DEATH BATTLE! Discussion Thread (All-time Death Battle Spoilers Alert)

He LITERRALY RIPS THEM THROUGH HIS OWN FLESH, and instead of loosing the limbs...it is just him pushing them out and that's it.
Actually they are extension of his own body, that makes no sense.
His chainsaws consistently survive shit the rest of him doesn't.

By the way, I wonder if this means DB buys Dabura beating Denji since he's the only one in JJK that can reach true relativistic speed to Light Speed with his CT
They had Denji at 30.000 megatons and even said Gun Goddess>Dabura, so chances are Dabura will have to blow himself up to actually put him down.
Gojo would solo, however.

I found the arguements for Yuji being close in stats to be pretty piss poor, and the poison resistance is probably fine given that novel stuff was conveniently left out, but I don't know what's the point of including Oregon when Denji already reliably took strength. Death Battle was asking for it here I think, including a hella shaky feat like that

They blackboxed Lightspeed EMs and said Denji had higher highends.

Also megalul they used 10 sec time frame for moon spear that I asked here lmao

I don't mind Denji winning but they actually did country scaling with the oregon swords AND said that Yujis dismantles would have to be hundreds times to hurt him... Meaning they think Denji has country durability based on him getting annihilated over and over while death was eaten. If not for that explanation being their deciding factor in the post fight analysis I would say its pretty perfect

WE LITERALLY SEPERATE HIS CHAINSAWS' STATS FROM THE REST OF HIM ON HIS PROFILE BECAUSE THEY'RE BLATANTLY STRONGER THAN THE REST OF HIM!
The chainsaws can also casually rip through his body like cheese. Even if you argue that his chainsaws end up scaling to Oregon, I cannot say the same for the rest of Pochita's body.

Plus I'm pretty sure Denji could achieve the same result with other better scaling lines he has.

I think I will wait a few days before rechecking discourse because atm there's really no one defending Denji winning so I dont know both side of arguments beyond G1. Shit has been left out so I dont trust the outrage even if Oregon was at best, at best, presented in the clunkiest way possible

I can't atm if this is a 'we said it was a close MU but actually we reject Denji winning said MU conceptually' moment because like people are really mad about this, however from a brief glance you could've had Denji win anyway without Oregon scaling. Would that have caused the same backlash? I dunno

As someone who frequently disagrees with DB I'll choose the good faith option out of fairness, but shiit im seeing a lot of vitrol in other circles rn
Yeah I got lost at when they gave Denji poison resistance despite the Violence Fiend literally being stated to have his mask weaken him via the poison it puts out. If Piercing Blood can poison someone as powerful as Uraume, it shouldn't have that many issues doing it to Denji or Pochita.

Denji scaling to the state swords when literally being bisected in half by one and Yuji not scaling to Dabura because of a "beyond mankind" statement while Gojo and Sukuna are not treated as humans throughout the entire story but rather walking calamities is probably the most egregious cap I've seen for a series to date.

I don't disagree at all with Denji winning, but the arguments given could have been way better.

See, this stuff is why I always wait for after the episode's pre-fight analysis before betting on someone. Everyone saying "Obviously X will win!" won't mean much since DB clearly follow a different scaling logic that sometimes aligns with what we think.

That's not a knock on DB or the research team, they just have different interpretations of feats and scaling is all.

Didnt even bring up Kashimo or any other feat smh. I can't man.
Yeah, they just wanted to give Denji a pity win. The fact they had ******* Todo at relativistic in Shig vs Mahito yet handicapped Yuji to mach 900 is hilarious.

Now we know whenever a character is on the cusp of going 0-3, they will 1000000% win with whatever is needed.

******* hell. Ant, or whoever the **** codes this site for mobile devices, needs to get the hell up and actually fix this god damn nonsense. I've had to open 20 god forsaken tabs and paste the link to the page I was on, just to be able to scroll and actually type. How did it get this bad, it wasn't like this after the site wide update. Did someone take a piss all over the mobile code??? This is ******* pathetic.
