Well yes, but the original one is for all intents and purposes the same as CSM Part 2's. And the most recent one happened like 20 years after Anno grew up and stopped being such a moody loner.
If all goes well in 2046 Fujimoto will finally get laid and then make a new ending where Denji gets groomed by an older woman (whose voiced by his wife) and get a proper happy ending.

Unless try to upscale him to like higher dimensional stuff there really doesn't seem to be a good justification. Even then I don't see a wrestling character just blitzing their opponent without any form of fan fair so he should still be open to Genjutsu spam.

Don't top tier OP characters get to moon level or whatever? That's way beyond any scaling K. Rool gets even in his strongest forms, DK / Base Mario scaling if you're being lenient is like baseline multi-continent.
