Especially since Sukuna is like a lot versatile and King Piccolo is so much more straightforward. Feels a bit boring.

Not really? The guy's a very tactical fighter who uses range and acrobatics a lot. Calling him just a brawler is really disingenuous.
Plus Megumi's kit is pretty integral to him at this point that you pretty much can't ignore it at all.

It would be strange not to use him at some point since he's one of the most important antagonists of original Dragon Ball.

Fair, but there are a lot of Dragon Ball characters who haven't been on the show that are way more interesting and popular than DK Piccolo (Gohan, Jiren, Moro, ect). I think his only real chance to get on is vs Sukuna, who has way more interesting and debatable options.

Rewatching the fight, the only time she screams is when she dies, so I'm not sure what you're referring to.
The only moment I don't really like in her characterization is her laugh before the turnaround; everything else is mostly solid imo.

But seriously, that is still one of the stupidest writing decisions I've ever seen or heard. It felt like a fanfic writer who just wanted to make Bakugo lose and look as bad as possible.

Funny how they replied with that, despite during roshi vs jiraiya they defended the moon feat as being legit and all when it was a time it was questioned if it was consistent with early DB power and often labbeled outlier

They really flip flop with Dragon Ball's scaling when it suits them, like when they said 18 was continental, possibly planet in season 4, when they had base Goku even back in season 1 at planetary. Or having Xeno Trunks at MFTL+, only to then say both canon and SDBH Goku is actually immeasurable a year later.
Probably the most egregious one of these was when they had the bog feat scale to Goku's base in Broly vs Hulk, but then have it only scale to ssg tiers in Vegeta vs Thor, only to go back AGAIN and say it scales to Goku's base in Goku vs Superman 3

Yeah pretty much, like it is understandable if you change your mind later, but not go back on your stuff in a relative short time especially when you use characters from the same verse
