For those unaware, the tome of origin is a guilty gear item which more or less condenses the essence of a realm in their world called backyard, which is compared as similar to Ragna from blazblue azure grimoire, which is something he uses to link himself to a dimension in their world called boundary with a lot of timeline shenanigans and all that
For a TL;DR this essentially means Blazblue tier 1 shit and powers are the same or equal with Guilty Gear, it essentially buffs the latter from former

This is the key issue the animation team hasn't shown they can do poignant HTH combat skills Ala Ryu vs Jin,Goro vs Machamp,All Might vs Might Guy in years .
MU involving Kenshiro and Co require sufficient chorography that isn't just trying to copy DBZ and be typical blitz speed clashes.

Although if they wait too long, they just miss a chance to use hype or relevance of a series getting new stuff, they should take advantage far more of these
