DEATH BATTLE! Discussion Thread (All-time Death Battle Spoilers Alert)

Places outside of here are saying the feat is actually buffed so DB might be able to double down and make the feat higher 😬

Some people in Reddit are saying Sun Disk got buffed. Hmm
The explosion in the scene is larger but the missiles used to destroy it probably caused a chain-reaction, since the missiles blew up before the Sun Disk did, and the Sun Disk’s explosion was made up of 4 smaller explosions with only 2 missiles fired.

So the feat itself got buffed but Nolan scaling to it is probably not usable now (at least in the show)

1-It gets destroyed by 2 random missiles from a flying hunk of junk which is falling apart,
2-It very obviously isn't one solid object which they calced it to be,
3-The explosion it gets destroyed from isn't caused solely by the missiles but is a chain reaction,
4-The planet it covered the light from cannot be anywhere near as big as was calced to be because said flying hunk of junk which is falling apart managed to cover an entire part of it just by flying overhead.

Yeah chief this feat is a nothing burger

Death battle really saw this one panel and was like “Let’s highball the **** out of this feat so Omni man can win!”

I don’t think it was rigged but at least it showed how unpredictable they could sometimes be (G1 usually gets it right on the money but completely whiffed that one) which makes me think maybe something went a little weird there

Multiple explosions btw

Battle Beast vs Boros would be a case DB walk back on the Sun Disk value unless they want to bank on the Viltrum feat being more impressive than in the comics

Eve vs Gwen another one where they'll likely walk back on

Invincible vs Hot Rod as well
