This is definitely another reason why they shouldn’t do the fight. In a funny character vs serious character people are usually rooting for the funny character to win. But Sportacus just doesn’t even win which defeats the entire purpose of the joke.
Which by the way people were talking about this fight for like a week at best on twitter as a joke. I would be shocked if death battle is legitimately thinking this episode will be doing numbers

"The issue I have with Sportacus VS Yujiro is that it kinda kneecaps both characters. Sportacus isn’t exactly known for being a direct hand-to-hand combatant, so forcing him into that role would go against his usual characterization. His signature gadgets and vehicles would likely take a backseat if he was sent against someone like Yujiro, who near-exclusively fights with bare handed martial arts.
On the flip side, Baki is a very violent, very mature series – with how they’d probably want to tone down the level of brutality for an episode featuring a literal Nick Jr. character, we’d inevitably get a watered down, goo goo gaa gaa, baby’s first Yujiro. And if you’re gonna leave Yujiro’s balls on the cutting room floor (90% of the guy’s body mass) you might as well leave the rest of him there too.
That’s the main issue with that fight to me. You either have to write the match like a lame Dorkly / Flashgitz / Robot Chicken sketch and shove in violence to properly represent Yujiro at the expense of Sportacus’ character, or you have to go for a bloodless, sanitized, thoroughly un-Baki episode that totally wastes Yujiro’s potential. I get that the tonal clash is kinda the whole joke, but, I don’t know. I’m as of yet unconvinced that there’s a happy medium you can reach.

I love how everyone was chill with Fairy Tale, Kill La Kill, Hulk's multiversal sex feat, Homelander's mach cum bullets, and Buffy's house-breaking sex feat, but drew the line with Fate and Gacha.

Do we Hulk? I don't recall that feat being hated upon. At best, people found it silly, that's the main feat they used for Hulk's strength when he had better
To be fair, the hate towards gacha is not entirely unreasonable, but we have Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh on the show, and those have gacha elements with their card games sooooooo....yeah the hate is rather silly

I feel they could just debuked any tier 0, aside we dont have many popular tier 0 battle except TOAA VS PRESENCE which actually WILL end with both side getting debuked as TOAA become a jobber and the presence (Monad) and Yahweh (Vertigo self) is a whole can of worm

I was thinking about Featherine vs Lucifer Morningstar, but yeah. It likely just comes down to cosmology.
Breaking it down in a way that sounds interesting to more casual audiences will be though, however.

Featherine vs Lucifer could be peak, however, the last cómic with Beyonder who have similar end that Classic vertigo where Lucifer ending escaping the Presence's plan which is equated to Buddhaism with the monkey King story (Beyonder escape TOAA's plan, attaining a state of "freedom" from Marvel Comics itself which Blue Marvel likened to Buddhahood ) which be requested very much too

Goku vs Sonic is the only one I can see DB have any real interest in doing if they really want to do more DB vs Sonic
Vegeta vs Shadow is redundant and folks been wanting Shadow to run it back with Mewtwo more than anything
Piccolos vs Knuckles i honestly don't see given none of the crew have shown any interest in the mu hell the dbc for had to be about Archie Knuckles because Ben doesn't care much at all for game Knux
Goku vs Sonic is the only mu from there that's been push hard in the community tho I don't see DB do the mu until after Mario vs Sonic 3 and Comp Ryu vs Comp Goku happened
