Nemesis is 9-A, gap to 4-B is 48 zeroes. 4-B to Tier 2 is literally unquantifiable. So technically it is. Also maybe Nemesis technically has virus hax that works on Cell vs Metal literally copying Cell's everything.

Lilith Aensland vs V (Darkstalkers vs Devil May Cry) Understands this at a glance but if you don’t know who the characters are you won’t get this at all. Darkstalkers and DVC fit very well together in tone and combat. Thinks it is great and really fun. Darkstalkers probably wins. Clearly people want to see a Darkstalkers succubus character in death battle. They then joke “because chat is horny”
Lilith deserves better then V, most dont even know him unless you are into DMC or games big time aint as big as Dante or Vergil, also Morrigan is up there too, crazy they did like just 2 characters, but not the big names like her and Demitri
Vergil vs Satsuki Kiryuin (Devil May Cry vs Kill La Kill) Seen a lot of Satsuki requests as of late, Vergil makes a lot of sense to them for that. Kill La Kill characters can get really strong so Satsuki can compete but not likely win. But it would get really big in the fight.
So right now they think Vergil washes her, well certainly a particular person will go on record how Satsuki wins instead for several pages...

As Tipper said, only Memories of Nobody is canon, and has been so since the original manga. Only the recent TYBW and Kubo QnAs have made it even more apparent. Hell has also been canon ever since like, volume 2 of Bleach, it's been a concept in the series since its very beginning.
Simply put, Hellverse legit cannot happen just due to many story inconsistencies. It takes place after Ichigo had already entered his Full-Hollow state, but that can't possibly be the case since the only time there could be a break outside of fighting for that is after Ichigo beat Aizen.... aka after he forfeited his powers with the FGT.

As for the stats, dunno V is pretty fodder himself and relies on big summons

While Darkstalkers isnt as known they still push them in crossovers with other capcom titles and such, Lilith may not be as popular across casuals, but most would know characters like Morrigan, at least by how often she shows up in these, V was only in one game and most say he looks like kylo ren

Not ValenStrong good, but I can see it working. Devil who exploits the States vs President who explots the rest of the world, it has a strong connection there.
Unfortunately at their best, Valentine just sorta has Love Train and wins.

As much as Valentine spits his BS, he is very willing to let harm fall unto his citizens if need be, even killing his own men who follow his orders. Plus in the same vein as Gojo V Makima, he can obliterate her completely into nonexistence via sponging
If he still retains consciousness, he's probably going to use the gap provided by Yoru's fingers and thumb to transfer himself to another world or some BS. Which makes me figure that Valentine could just take Yoru to another world where that contract wouldn't work now that I think about it.

Cellbros how do we feel about Death Battle granting our boy fifth-dimensional scaling via GT and the Afterlife having olympic transcendence and Super Neo Metal Sonic being only baseline universal? Frankly I'm kind of insulted by what a pity win this is. Cell vs Nemesis would have been a much closer fight.
