That G1 Blog actually keeps making me think Cell can win.
While not always or even that commonly, sometimes G1 does odd stats that actually align with DB's thoughts ala current Naruto. That G1 Blog sure did lowball Metal, 15-18x uni/multi Super Forms? Sure lol. But about that, DB can go even lower. They just made Emeroods uni in BowserEggman. Black boxes seem hypothetical supplementary material what ifs. Yes, uni Cell is wank, but we do not know if DB wont deem it as such.
Speed shenanigans is more damning. Funny multipliers and base Goku Spirit Bomb speed + Hell travel scaling does make finite end Cell faster than Metal's finite speed feats. Now I know what some are thinking: "you dingus, Metal has immeasurable speeds arguments". Yup he sure does. And DB basically ignored those in BowsEgg too. Also Cell has infinite speed argument from Hell feat. This will make some think: "you double dingus, immeasurable speed is superior to infinite speed". That it is, but I do vaguely recall that DB considers infinite and immeasurable speeds roughly equal. This would be more prime black box material, thus focusing on finite ends, thus giving Cell a chance to be faster.
Now lets get that one thought here too: "you triple dingus asshole, you have already said that Metal's biodata copy hard counters Cell, why are you yapping pointless Cell wank" and well, uhh guess I am bored lol. But I do wonder is there an angle to spin a Cell win. And with lowballed Metal, there might just be. Ok so like, can Neo Metal just stack his biodata from same person? Why didnt he copy Super Sonic's biodata. Or semi-perfect Doom Shadow? Maybe it isnt actually a thing? This leads to bad scenario. A wanked Cell and lowballed Metal are close in AP, both are uni. But Metal can gain Cell's power on top of his own, a massive gap ehh? Actually no. Thats just 2x uni. A 2x gap in AP is
nothing in DB lol. And like speed is then what, 6 quintillion x ftl vs 16 quintillion x ftl? Thats about only 2.67x faster speeds from biodata copy. These are honestly nothing to worry about because of le Zenkai boosts. Since many seem to think Cell has survivability, he has a chance to gain Saiyan Power boost. Cell went from being stomped to being able to severely damage SSJ2 Gohan. This indicates way bigger AP boost than 3x of Metal's biodata copy. Again, if Metal cant stack same biodata over and over again, thats kinda bad? But what about Metal gaining Saiyan Power too? Well, its a case of weird ping pong where Cell can def adapt to if Metal immediately have massive AP gap.
Now then there is one more point: "you quadruple asshole Metal has Chaos Control time stop and oh wait you are just now gonna wank Cell somehow managing that too" and uhh yeah. So in DBS its said that Goku's power can overpower Hit's timeskip. "But thats DBS idiot" yeah, but its same canon, thus they could use logic from Cell's future. If Cell is stronger, he can overpower time stop. So here is the cursed scenario of battle progression:
- Cell and Metal start, their AP is equal and Cell is faster with finite speed
- Metal does biodata copy, Metal is now like 2x stronger and 2.67x faster than Cell
- Metal beats Cell but Cell's regen allows him survive and get le Zenkai. He will gain significantly higher AP and speed, Metal cant restack biodata immediately, he has to rely on his stolen Saiyan adaptation
- Thus begins indefinite loop, Cell beats Metal who survives and gains boost leading to that, Metal beats Cell who survives and gains boost leading to that, Cell beats Metal who survives and yadda yadda
So what can break this loop? Thinking this with the bad logic we have, if Cell has better survivability and he is first to gain way bigger stat boost, then is he not more likely to win in this scenario? But thats my cringe yap, tldr:
- Metal gets better abilities, a lot of same but Metal also has time stop and biodata copy,
- Cell and Metal tie in AP, a 2x AP gap from biodata copy is not enough and both can keep getting stronger
- Cell gets better speed, immeasurable speed is cringe to DB team thus finite end and multipliers win it for Cell
- Cell gets better survivability, Metal's liquid form technically hasnt shown that good regen and Cell can in some part resist time stop too
So yeah, imagine a future, where DB doesnt buy Metal's highends, allowing Cell to manage Metal's stats and abilities. Yes I talked about it before but now its in needlessly long post too lmao
And the real reason why this could happen? Is because clearly DB thinks Sonic is below DBZ in the pecking order. They have not used highends, **** it, not even middle ends for Sonic stats. And besides, Sonic is already trashed in online discourse. Just add Metal losing a pity win MU to the pile. It will be miserable.
