DEATH BATTLE! Discussion Thread (All-time Death Battle Spoilers Alert)

That one DC x Sonic crossover had a Part 2 officially announced.




Plot Synopsis: In Metal Legion, mysterious mechanical rings appear across both worlds, linking the DC Universe and Sonic’s dimension in unpredictable ways. The heroes are thrilled to see each other again, but the cause of their reunion carries a darker purpose. A hidden enemy is manipulating events from the shadows, and the collision between worlds could spiral out of control.

Alongside the OG pairings, new additions are:
  • Rouge paralleling Catwoman
  • Big paralleling Aquaman
  • Blaze paralleling... Starfire l believe.
  • Cream paralleling Supergirl (so kino).

The DBcast for the match has pretty good views, so view-wise it should do well. And you don't have to constantly discuss about a match up, especially this one.

Well no shit the mu only exist to glaze Metal there's nothing to talk about when the guy involved been dead since the 90s while the other one is still performing It'll do well but the mu was never going to be anything to flex about in terms of waiting period

I'm honestly surprised Amazo isn't a more popular opponent for Metal given that they share a very similar gimmick and I also just realized DCAU Amazo and Super Neo are damn near almost the same tier as each other.

It's out folks! This right here is a video talking about Sniper v Jigen, it's potential, the likely winner, alongside a starting animatic showing how the fight could start out. Also includes an actual full fight script in the description if you want to read on an entire scenario of a fight between them which actually has an ending.

Does Metal even have a way of beating DCAU Amazo? Dude can regenerate from his body being completely destroyed and just no selled existence erasure. Not to mention that Metal would need to be Neo to even survive since base Metal gets stomped into the ground.

Amazo one of those characters where the adaptation just genuinely outshines the OG. Like yeah, Amazo actually has pretty good feats and I legit consider him to be a high tier herald, but he's such a nothingburger of a character with a lame design that nobody gasses him up. The last time he was ever relevant was an event that's technically not even about him but robots based on him lmfao.

He's like Anti-Mahoraga in a sense where despite having an almost 0 percent in rate, Mahoraga at least has aura and hype moments to make up for it. He's like the people's jobber.

He has Regen Neg on Amazo's level in his Super form.
