What do you guys think of Frieren vs Tiki as a match-up? The crew seems to be aware of it as "the match-up people are asking for Frieren", so there's a chance it may happen if they include Frieren in the show, which is likely

Seems ok
I have no investment in the mu but being real Frieren never strike me as a character or series that need to be on a DB

VERY Thematic and could have some nice interactions and fight coreography with Frieren skating thru the air as she dodges fire breath attacks.

Its a stomp in Tiki's favor even without the FE1 famicom exclusive items that just say no to Frieren's entire existence.
But i would want it over any other Frieren matchup, and Tiki's only other matchup would be like, Dragon Maid's Tohru.
Heck, i think frieren legit wins the skill category here. Tiki spent most of her thousands of years of life sleeping rather than training anything but her dragon stone, and while SUPER unlikely, Tiki is vulnerable to hypnosis and other magic based manipulations.



Frieren doesnt have a proper 3D model yet, has she? Tiki has her smash bros one. So maybe it can be 3D rather than with sprites.

King Kai training is canonically superior to anything batman has done. (8-10 years pre year 1 batman)


Also Goku already trained around the world before this. Tho of course, Batman does have the bullshit factor with zatanna's dad, monks and other super skilled DC martial artists.
Goku also flat out can predict thousand year old experienced foes like Hit.

Anywho, Batman is just "the most skilled thing ever" in the collective vs consciousness. Just like Flash is "the fastest thing ever" in all fiction even if the foe is also immeasurable speed.
 
Speaking of Capeshit, while not a super super fan of it, i would like Hulk vs Flash.

Just because a scene where Flash tries to flee to the white space between the panels of the comic (aka running from the "story") and Hulk grabs him back like he did with Gwenpool and bitting his head off.

Anti Universe was considered beyond the law altering impacts and any conceptual change within the anti universe was going to affect the regular universe and was overall "uncomprehensible" to most people involved. (with the realistic rei head and all)

Gendo was gonna use it to rewrite reality and revive Yui until talk to jutsu has Shinji rewrite the universe into one where evas and angels were not a thing. (aka the real world "we" live in)

I'm also fond of it, it's started to become one of my favorite match-ups over the last few days since I've been talking with a bunch of my friends about it

One of the aspects that is kinda underrated about the match-up is that Tiki can fight untransformed, both with melee weapons (lances, axes) as well as magic (especially grimoires), and has a nice variety of the latter (especially regalia weapons) to bring forth a neat spellcasting duel before inevitably turning into a dragon. Heck, you can even have Frieren copy some of Tiki's spells mid-fight, which could be an argument to make the AP difference a bit closer (although Tiki still takes the advantage since Divine Dragon Tiki outstats Book of Naga). There's also an argument, too, that Zoltraak could potentially bypass Mage Dragon hax given that it pierces through magic resistances, though all of that is something that remains to be analyzed.

Zoltrack vs Divine Dragon breath clash is kinda guaranteed to be the final attack of the fight.
 
Ok so like if Armstrong vs Valentine does happen. What's Armstrong's counter to getting love trained or hit with an alternate version. I mean Armstrong does outstat so it's just a matter of how fast does valentine start haxxing

Well, its not like it is just going to negate a magic vastly stronger than her own. And well, Tiki can just say no and negate Frieren's magic or blitz.

This match is cool and popular, but hot damn is it such a stomp. Even if you equalize stats, there is literally nothing Drakkon can do to cover such a gigantic difference in hax. I hope he gets something because this is insane lmao.
