I don't think it was ever intentional ragebait (Heck even ERB and Cartoon Hooligan made dozens of millions of views from it)

It was just very popular and many ppl didn't know about superman's "better" comic feats till the first GvS fight

The 2nd one was lazy and was kinda disrespectful to Superman as a character. Also the the way they try to hammer in "No Limits Man" for Superman.

This was still requested alot cuz of Goku's new forms

The 3rd one was respectful to both atleast but I don't think anyone really requested it ? Or atleast as much since many ppl just moved on from it

Superman IS no limits man within DC too thanks to Doomsday clock and several twitter statements/Story of Superman. Do not try to justify DC writting here, bud.

3rd one had Goku try to cheap shot Clark mid suit talk in a form weaker than the one he started with. Also no Heroes special hax/Heroesku needing MUI to be "triggered" with a punch.

I find it as disrespectful as GvS2 with the lol emotional conclusion they tried to do in the previous GvS fights.

The point of the convo was capeshit vs dragon ball.
 
Honestly speaking, I think Ichigo vs Yusuke just aggressively... exists. There was some neat choreography and references I'd probably get/appreciate more if I were acclimated to both series, but I'm distracted by the untextured 3D(ish?) models, and JYB (no, I'm not calling him by his alias, that joke has always been unfunny) does sound kinda phoned in outside of Adachi-mode white. Not bad, just kinda there.

OST is pretty good, though.

In story both had been doing this for multiple battles, this was banter between the two at this point, practically friends.

And yeah? Duh? Of course Goku would be in his base, he got fully throttled by full power Supes (minus the sun-dipping). Do you lack eyes.

Because it was frigging cool. And why would they include Heroes stuff in the animation when most casuals know Goku off of the anime/manga. Because let's be real, outside of filthy powerscalers, no one gives a rats ass about Heroes

Outside being given better stats (lol) Cell's wincons are:
  • Somehow outlasting Metal's Super forms and getting Saiyan Power boosts to get stronger
  • Somehow manage to copy some form of Chaos attack and negate Super Neo form likeShadow did
  • Argue that Metal jobs so much he loses with massive hax and stats advantage
Only those and he still needs like Uni base stats too.
