Im glad to have my interpretation of their Black Box be proven right. They weren't denying Pokemon's infinite multiverse, Yugioh was just kicking its ass in the number of higher dimensions

For Mirei, she was fought after Sayo and Dianamon in Master Cup (who defeated the Seven Great Demon Lords of her world), and her Mastemon shouldn't be weaker than her Monzaemon who's empowered by the powers of the Demon Lords in the Sayo quest. So she's in similar ballpark (although one can argue Susanoomon is stronger, and thus upscale Yuki).
For Aiba, they (and the endgame cast) fought multiple Yggdrasil 7D6 and a nerfed Mother Eater (Yuugo was stopping Eaters from inside). So they can be scaled much higher, if you scale nerfed Mother Eater to at least Yggdrasil level, whom it took over.

Ichigo is a bigger audience draw then Byakuya and Rukia, no way they choose them over him, plus, its clear as day his swords in the teaser, dont think they'll use his swords and then later on have the bleach rep be Rukia or Byakuya lol.

They have been trying, they have been failing. Its just Nintendo bullying a competitor. I dont see Nintendo trying to sue games like Digimon or SMT for having 'pokemon mechanics'.
