If we'd go by VS Battle Wiki logic, I'd say Persona 5's Joker takes it. Not only because he's 1-A but several layers within 1-A at the very least, I believe. If we go by what Death Battle has presented to us, it would be a coin toss between Spawn, Hulk, and Simon, though I think my outerversal GOAT Simon the Digger can ace it through protracted transcendance ad infinitum.
That being said, and this is a serious question, what would actually be needed to outright defeat and destroy the Hulk? Because Banner's resurrection ability is very context-specific, i.e. has access to a higher yet lower domain from which he can repeatedly go back to the living world until he gives up, and I cannot recall any other fictional work where characters affect transcendental / higher realms that are below reality rather than being a layer above reality. Can anyone think of possible examples?

Bit late but this Ep was super good, almost perfect except for some of the janky movements at the beginning. Was rooting for my boy Ash but I knew he was uberfucked when they just casually dropped the fact that Yugi had God in his deck among his mountain of wincons. Lowkey they should have just gone all in with Ash’s multi scaling to make it more debatable, with Yugi edging him out by hax but then again seeing how salty people are getting over how big of a stomp this battle was makes up for it.

From what I know. Sadly the best ash gets is anime creation trio. Not games creation trio scaling. Also I heard that they might have implied 6 or 7d yugioh ? Cause Prana and afterlife stuff

Not even direct scaling to the trio either, in the two instances he fought them his pokemon were unable to do anything
