If they do ignore it and he loses then people are gonna be significantly more salty than if he lost while using it because it would look way more biased.

I'm almost entirely convinced the author just needed a way to nerf Naruto and Sasuke so the new generation can do things too, that's why he made them lose Kurama and Sasuke's Rinnegan respectively back to back.
 
Where do most people currently scale Naruto and Luffy nowadays? Like, which are the most common ratings people usually give to them and which are the most "reasonable" high-ends to both?

I'm not knowledgeable on One Piece scaling but Naruto is generally considered a Planet Buster by casual viewers while his really high end stuff is like 4-B to 4-A if you squint so hard that you strain your eyes with a smidgen of compositing novels and anime material.

Pretty much yeah, theyre entirely sentient beings that exist independent of the game in the Duel Monster Spirit World. In GX its outright confirmed that at least two of Jaden's HERO monsters are maried
 
Speaking of future YGO MUs, Ash vs Yugi has made me a bit less... unwilling to dignify the series with a response, but I fear it might be too late for me given how many episodes there are.

So give me a few characters from the series to research, and I'll see if there are any Xeno JRPG MUs that could at least get a passing mention that contain them.

Young rebellious punk racers with hearts of gold who were tragically orphaned at a young age. They support their remaining families through street racings. They became hosts of supernatural entities which forces them to face against the previous sins of their families and save the world. Through their bonds with said entities, it makes their vehicle even better, even gaining the ability to time travel. Both would also be burden and expected to handle their great responsibilities and a lonely fate which caused the future to take a turn for the worse, but thanks to the power of friendship, they realize that they don’t have to take everything on themselves cuz since the very beginning, they always had their family on their sides. They would also eventually meet up with their predecessors. Clear Mind (Frees all doubt and sin of mind) VS Penance Stare (Forces all your sins and wrongs into your soul).

It also didn't help matters that Spawn not only hard countered Ghost Rider's trademark ability, but he also had the means of straight uno reversing the Penance Stare against even Zarathos while simultaneously being able to feed off of sin to grow stronger.

Not to mention that Ghost Rider had the unfortunate pleasure of being a character whose main ability is wildly inconsistent between anyone who's ever written him so even that wasn't reliable enough.
