Nah bro movie Darkrai fought Dialga and Palkia and Sceptile oneshot Tobias’. Also you could pull out the Hoopa movie and then use a massive scaling chain to get basically all of the legendaries at CT level.

I dont see that many issues. Trainers constantly fight and own legendaries. Ash has taken down several with his own pokemon, like

To be fair, his L in DP was total horseshit cooked up out of nowhere. I mean, a dude with a presumably full team of Legendary Pokémon (one of which is a ******* Darkai and we saw how strong those can be in each Pokémon media they show up in) who literally spawned out of nowhere, swept the entire region's gyms in like a couple weeks I think they said and then pulled up to the tournament to stomp everyone into the dirt. Ash still managed to beat two of his Legendaries though before all six of his Pokémon fainted.
