Sprite team
Ben went into detail about how the animation team works when asked a question about sprite fights.
The current Indie Death Battle does not have a sprite team. The ‘teams’ Ben talked about back in the Roosterteeth era was talking about the animators working in Roosterteeth. obviously Death Battle wasn’t the only show Roosterteeth was working on, so they would have to allocate times when certain animators could help work on Death Battle.
Now, in the Indie era of Death Battle, they appoint a head animator who directs the animation of the fight. Louis, who is directing Ash vs Yugi, despite mostly working on Sprite fights wanted to do 3D and had a cool idea behind it, so the fight will be 3D.
So overall, no the sprite animators are doing work, they simply are choosing to do different medias.

How many Fate/Extella games are there? I know there is Fate/Extra on the PSP I think (and a Remake has been in the work for years) and there was a musou esque Fate/Extella in the PS4.

If there are no KR eps in production, it would be forgone conclusion GeatsNero would be first. If Ben actually said "its looking like", then brings up possibility that sth else KR related could happen.

That's not surprising. Nero is one of the more prominent and popular Type-Moon characters, so she shows up a lot in a lot of things.

Agree for the opposite reason. Arryn Zech not being around to record new lines didn't really help, given the amount of people I've seen call her 'robotic' in the fight (also the idea that she finds fighting titans 'fun').

Those are them. The first one is Fate/Extella: The Umbral Star and the second one is Fate/Extella Link. There is another Warriors-like game (though, it's much more like a traditional action RPG than a Warriors game) called Fate/Samurai Remnant, but that has no connection to the Fate/Extra series.
They're either from Fate/Extella: The Umbral Star, Fate/Extella Link, or both.
