  • stylish cocky gunkata protagonists known for their confidence and spectacle
  • both are centuries older than they truly appear, having been born out of a forbidden love between two godlike men and women
  • were ostracised as a result of their origin and their mother was punished for it and sealed away
  • main motivation is seeking their mother and taking revenge on the people who harmed her
  • fight against an evil conglomerate seeking to reshape reality in their own image
  • attached to special trinkets given to them by their parents which give them strength
  • Ace becomes a creator god who instills rules upon reality for his goals while Bayonetta ends up fighting in all three games creators gods doing just that
  • end their story with a new kind of family and having passed on their mantle to someone else
 
In short, it’s a series of different comics titles—such as Radiant Black and Rogue Sun (that they name in the clip) that is all a connected universe that are all run under Image Comics. It extends even further, as Spawn (or at least a variant of Spawn) has canonically crossed over with the series as recently as October of this year.

Slenderman fans when you ask them how he would actually fight instead of animating him like a random fighting game character

It's a cool animation but in what universe do you look at Slenderman and go "Yeah, this is a character who should do acrobatic kicks and punches"? Even One Minute Melee did the same thing. You ask me, any fight with Slenderman shouldn't have him ever throw a punch or kick to fight. That just doesn't fit the character. Slenderman should be the guy who just stands there and barely moves out of the way of something and then stabs you as you pass. Quick and clean.

I mean the og something awful thread had descriptions of his victims being horribly mutilated, so it doesn’t seem all that crazy
EDIT: Also it's cuz his only mugen stuff is either ass or just resprites of a KOF character

This is much better. Yeah acrobatic Slendy is too goofy lmao
 
I really want Homelander to actually pose a threat just because of how much of a mess it would be powerscaling wise. Would be incredibly funny for him to go from "can be killed by a nuke" to "can punch Superman" all because of one comic.
