His first impression at Dante stats in this one was to say Bayo solos, despite not even knowing Bayo stats in modern death battle to compare

Both were Low Multiversal but Bayo had the higher feats (2 universes for Dante vs 5 for Bayo) and Bayo having a much higher MFTL+ rating via Irenic scaling

Dante clashed head on with Ifrits hellfire move and the resulting explosion from both attacks knocked them both back to earth, it's a bit awkard since they show Dante flying toward the attack sword raised but seemed to skip him actually clashing with it and went straight to the explosion after Ifrit threw the attack.
