So they're scaling Ruby to Vine's Aura containing that bomb which would've destroyed Mantle? Sure, I guess that works.
Even though I don't know how you can scale to something that killed you, especially when the explosion killed Vine, but anything that helps Ruby I guess.

Its moreso that his Aura was able to contain the blast, so it would scale to the amount of damage Aura can take

Im not fan of either verses, but uhh. Ngl this was unironically super ******* clean animation. Like, really really good.
