Tbh I dunno how many MUs are my real favorites. Selfishly Id like MUs where my favs win. Im that asshole now lmao

Tho I do support verses I dont really care for too. Less to care, less to lose.

Soooo, I asked this some time ago, but was curious anyways? What your dream matchups that you see unlikely to happen? Mine is Yusuke Urameshi vs Yoh Asakura. Unlikely to happen because if one of those two, more likely Yusuke, goes into Death Battle they would be fighting Ichigo.

I think any matchups involving Neptune.
I think she would be a good fit, but I don't think the Death Battle crew is ever touching Hyperdimension neptunia.

But specifically, while I love Akechi vs Oberon, the chances that Death Battle do a fate matchup is so low, that I don't put my hopes on It.

Gilgamesh vs Doctor Doom for me. All of Doom's matchups have been carried by his tech, so I'd like one to show off just how stupid his magic could get. And Gil is my favorite guy to hate, so having him on would be icing on the cake. Far unlikely to happen as both Fate's first appearance and Doom's third matchup, but one can dream.

Like I'm sure DB will do their research and not only focus on FSN, but I can bet the Gil we get in the fight is gonna be so FSN-coded as opposed to his way better personalities like in Strange Fake, Babylonia, or CCC. Though seeing Gil go from Caster to Archer during the fight would be pretty damn cool.

She has higher stuff then that, like the gauntlet by its own causing an earthquake, with visible giant cracks and tsunamis, along in the fight with the blonde girl trading blows ala beerus vs goku messing with Tokyo

Filia isnt scaling to that, Double and Eliza are the only characters who scale to skull heart high 6-A by directly having statements of being comparable to it in power, plus Robo Fortune needed the skull heart power to achieve that power in their ending

Pretty cool when you also remember that Krillin also began his martial arts training at a temple alongside other monks before studying under Master Roshi.

Also shaolin shodown is part of your childhood, in same vein like danny phantom, ben 10, american dragon etc, its possible new generation doesnt know it, but if you did others before, even older ones like thundercats and he man, why not this one

Although the big issue is where they even scale Krillin, will they buy his scaling ssj blue?

Larryboy vs Bibleman. I'm glad they seemed to enjoy it in one of the recent Ballot Banters, but unless it wins a TOC or something I have a hard time seeing them actually making an episode out of it.

-Sailor Moon vs Cardcaptor Sakura (I think they're gonna opt for Moondoka due to popularity of the match-up and the Madoka movie coming out soon)
-Kaito Kid vs Lupin III (Very thematic and teased in the crossover movie...but Lupin vs Sly is more popular and much closer)
-Monika vs Miyuki Sone (Miyuki is still a "Who?" even with ToToNo's slight increase in popularity from the Steam localization)
-Any Resident Evil vs Silent Hill match-up beyond Nemesis vs Pyramid Head. Harry Mason vs Ethan Winters, Heather Mason vs Moira Burton (or Grace Ashcroft from the upcoming game, potentially)...I'd especially love to see Heather so they could animate Princess Heart + Heather Beam/Sexy Beam.

I'd also love to see NepNep, but yea, I don't see them tackling Neptunia.
I don't know what match-ups she would have, but I'd love to see Violet Evergarden fight someone, if nothing else so she can get her cool-ass giant battle axe they left out of the anime adaptation, but I don't see it happening.

Mine is prob Future Warrior vs The Shinobi Striker player character. It has a ton of animation potential and it would be fun to see DB talk about Xenoverse and Storm. It’s prob never gonna happen since both are not crazy popular in their fandom’s and the MU itself doesn’t really have any other supporters afaik.

Every time I see Joycap's posts, I always think how he likes Xeno so much he essentially created 60+ MUs for it, but the only Xeno MU that has actual shot of happening is one his most hated eps :V

Harsh, but not untrue. Although I have talked about how alternate Xeno JRPG MUs do have a non-zero% chance of happening (read: Rex vs Sora).

EDIT: Oh yeah, I'd be completely chill with Dunban vs Baiken tbh.

Both try to control the protagonist using a part of themself inside the protagonist, both think they're gods, both are the sort of offspring of a notable being who is now being used by others, both aim to create a new twisted world, both clash with a corrupt existing establishment but are ironically far worse than it, both came back from dying, both have aspects that separate from them and have their own desires, both sought to free their parent from being used.

And making it after TYBW finishes and FF7 3 comes out could fit in terms of timing, so maybe.
