Yes, for me it's a 7-8/10
Sure some things are rushed, but that's due to production problems (Looks mainly at Volume 5 and 9). Not the writing
Volume 1 and 2 are mid though, gets better post volume 3 each volume
Also they do actually foreshadow stuff unlike what some people say, it's just people don't notice it at all

The damn series even made me leave my crush (Who I barely interacted with) alone when I saw her kissing someone. I just left them alone, cried alone in the cafeteria and moved on
(The scene I'm talking about is Sun leaving Blake alone to go back with her teammates in Vol 6, telling Neptune helping Blake was never about romance)
